I am new to HERB DC and ready to place an order. What do I need to know?

Welcome to HERB DC! If you are a first time donor with us, we have a simple 2-step screening process to ensure safety for our drivers and for the donors

Step 1: Please take a picture of your photo ID

Step 2: Please take a selfie of yourself holding your ID

Once you have submitted the following items to our dispatch line (202) 649 – 0515 a dispatcher will reach out and confirm your order.

* For security reasons, we do not accept new donors after 6pm, Thank you*

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following Washington Metropolitan Areas:

Washington DC - Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6

Northern Virginia - Rosslyn, Clarendon, Pentagon City

Maryland - Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring

Is there a minimum order requirement?

We do have a $100 minimum order requirement for delivery, any orders below $100 will be pick up only.

How do I place an order?

Add your items to the cart and once you’re ready to check out, fill out the contact form. Once you’ve submitted your order, you will receive a text message confirmation. Our team ensures a timely delivery as orders come.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes, our team ensures a timely delivery as orders come. Please keep in mind that delays due to high-volume and traffic can occur. We promise to always keep our donors informed of delays and any new updates. Pick-ups are encouraged during those times! Note that our drivers do not carry cash, exact donation amounts is recommended.

What forms of payment do you accept?
